War Memorial Gym Rental Request Form

Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due at least 30 days before the event. Bookings are done on a first-come-first-serve basis. When making a request, the renter must include sufficient time for set up and take down.
